My take on exercise is finding your weaknesses in your body and fine tune the ratio. Giving routines that people can use to stay mobile and in their comfort zone is my goal. The end of every workout isba joy that only you can thank yourself for doing. The body isba car would you rather move like a Ferrari or a Chevrolet?
