Are you ready to workout but need someone to watch your littles? Results Fitness has you covered, with on-site childcare services that are safe, secure – and fun!

The Kids Club at our gym in Alexandria offers care for children ages 3 weeks to 12 years old – and a nursery is also available for babies. Our childcare facilities provide a playroom with a variety of activities to keep kids happy and busy, all supervised by our experienced and well-trained childcare staff.

Results Fitness in Alexandria also offers the ability to check on your children with a live camera feed, which can be viewed from the cardio zone or women’s gym on the equipment monitors.

Now that your workout is worry-free, take a little extra time doing cardio while watching any of our 18, 60 inch TV’s, enjoy your group exercise class, or enjoy some relaxation time in the sauna or whirl pool.
