At Results Fitness, we’re all about choices. And with over 120 group classes offered each week at our gym in Alexandria, our members have plenty of choices when it comes to fitness.

We know that one size doesn’t fit all, so whether you want to build muscle mass, lose weight, or just improve your overall health, we have a group class for you.

Group fitness classes provide built-in support, and many of our members appreciate the fun of working out with others. You’ll find accountability AND motivation from a group class, too, and who couldn’t use a little help in those areas now and then?

Our experienced instructors are ready to meet the needs of every age and every level of fitness. Some of the classes we offer include:

Per the Governor’s mandate, group classes are limited to 9 participants and one instructor. Masks are required when entering and leaving classes but may be removed during exercise. Each person is responsible for disinfecting all equipment before and after use. Sign up sheets are open at the front desk 30 minutes before class start time and you must sign in for only yourself.
